Rowling x 100m alternating with
one strength exercise:
Push-ups x 10-15 (1-2 RIR)
Bar curls x 10-15 (1-2 RIR)
DB lateral raises x 10-15 (1-2 RIR)
If time permits - Mobility cool-down - 1 round of:
- Stick-assisted front-split x 45 sec. p/s
- Toe-touch x 30 sec. + wide toe-touch x 30 sec.
- Squat hold x 60 sec.
