Conditioning - Partnered Long Intervals
8 rounds - (60 sec. on at RPE 9/60 sec. off):
1. Burpee broad jump x 1 u/b + Bike to finish (Individual)
2. Row x 6 or 10 cal. + Box power step-up to finish (Individual)
3. TRX sled-row push x 1 u/b + MB oblique slams
4. Run x 1st/2nd tree + Rope slams
